Terms of Use

Refunds
All our products are free of manufacturer defects and we only sell brand new first quality products. We do not accept returns or offer credit unless an item is defective/damaged or we have shipped the wrong item.  Exchanges can be made for sizes on any non-intimately worn item, but only if tags are still attached to garment.  Shipping cost is customers responsibility.  Intimately worn items include but are not limited to bras, panties, teddies, babydolls, pantyhose etc...

No Returns on Halloween Costumes After Halloween!  No Exceptions!

All returns that meet the above criteria need to be reported to MJ's Intimates within 24 hours of receiving it, and can only be sent back with approval of MJ's Intimates.  All refunds will be granted only after item is returned.  

Any garment that covers an intimate area is absolutely not returnable for your protection as well as our protection.IT IS ALSO THE LAW.  By law, Thongs, G-strings, Teddies, Bras, Bikinis, and other intimately worn apparel are not returnable.
